Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the competition. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel will also make use of every minute. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
